Please be sure to read this carefully as there are changes to how we are going to operate for everyone’s safety.
SALON HOURS/APPOINTMENTS:
- There will only be two stylists, Ellie and Tom, in the salon at all times. This limits the amount of people in the salon and allows for social distancing.
- We will continue to operate Monday through Saturday from 10am – 8pm.
- You can book appointments by calling the salon at (305) 921-4238 or by booking them online.
- Appointment times will be spaced out in order to have an efficient amount of time to clean the salon in between clients.
- For longer color services such as balayage, baby lights and extensions, we will be requiring a deposit of $100 for NEW clientsonly.
- Until further notice, we will only be accepting payments via Venmo, Cash App, or Cash (we will not be running credit cards).
NEW PROTOCOLS FOR CLIENTS:
- If you have a sore throat, headache, or are feeling under the weather, please reschedule your appointment.
- All guests will have their temperatures taken upon arrival. If you have a high temperature, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- Our stylists, Ellie and Tom, will also have their temperatures taken daily.
- All clients must wear a face mask. If you do not have one, you will be provided with one.
- All clients will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival.
- All clients must come alone to their appointment. No friends or children will be allowed to join you at your scheduled appointment.
- Clients may not order food to be delivered to the salon.
UPDATED SALON PROTOCOLS:
- The salon will be cleaned and sanitized in between each client at the end of every day.
- Hand Soap and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon.
- All combs, hair brushes, and tools will be sanitized after each and every client. We are Barbicide certified and use that to clean and disinfect.
- We have purchased disposable capes that will be used for every service.
- No cutting capes will be used.
- Robes will only be worn by one person and washed daily.
- Towels will continue to be washed daily and given only one per client.
- All high-touch points including: product displays, magazines, salon menus, and chocolates have been removed. If you would like to purchase any hair products please speak to your stylist.
- All beverages, including water, coffee and Champagne will now be served in disposable cups.
